Recently Dowling Metal & Fabrication has gone through some shifts, and although the physical entity is no longer operating the way it was, much of the former talent has now shifted over to Willis Manufacturing in Odessa. Kevin Dowling has joined in an estimating capacity, and others have joined in various areas including the welding team.
The combined experience of these individuals, as well as the facilities and existing talent at Willis Manufacturing will enable us to service our customers, and offer some new services as well.
